I focus on short-term solution-focused treatment. My first step will be active listening and connecting with you, hearing your problems. We will discuss your expectations for therapy and formulate a goal and plan. I work with a lot of mindfulness and meditation techniques and mind-body awareness. My goal is to help you reduce anxiety and stress. I will help you become aware of issues and help to heal them by making active collaborative dialogue and changes.
