Engaging in therapy is a courageous, empowering choice. I believe the foundations of a healing, productive therapeutic relationship are trust, authenticity, and collaboration. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgemental space to explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to build insight into and change painful or unskillful patterns. I seek to help you illuminate stories you tell yourself about your emotional experiences and to shift narratives that aren’t serving you to build a joyful, connected, fulfilling life. My approach is eclectic and strengths-based, drawing from an array of modalities tailored to your unique needs and goals.

I have always enjoyed hearing others' stories and learning as much as I can about the human experience. I believe that connecting with, seeing, and being seen by other human beings is the most powerful and healing thing we can do. I find it deeply meaningful to accompany individuals in developing relationships with emotion and finding their power.
I enjoy hiking, biking, cooking, baking, gardening, reading, seeing live music, and building memories with my family.
I try to incorporate movement into each day, whether it be a walk, pilates, a bike ride, a hike, or gardening. Movement helps to ground me and reduce stress.
I am a big fan of Planned Parenthood. I believe that we should all have bodily autonomy and access to reproductive healthcare, and I appreciate the work they do to fight for those rights.
Yes! I have 2 Pit Bull mixes who are major snuggle bugs and goofs. One of my dogs is a master of plotting out the most stealthy way to steal food off the counters. He especially likes to steal occasion cakes that I bake. Once I showed up to a dinner party of close friends with half of a cake after my pup swiped the other half in the few seconds I had my back turned.
