My therapy style is empathetic and transparent, client-centered, and focused on instilling hope through a sense of empowerment in all. My experiences include working with individuals and families who have experienced trauma, anxiety, and depression, as well as addressing stress management of parents with infants/young children.

Why did you become a mental health professional?

I became a mental health professional to help those who have felt disempowered or experienced any form of adversity, specifically those in various marginalized populations.

My activities outside of work include quality time with friends and family.

One thing that I engage in daily to support my mental and emotional well-being is practicing a mindfulness activity.
