I have been in the helping profession for over 10 years, working with adults using evidence-based and alternative practices. I work under a multicultural and trauma-informed lens that allows me to understand your individual needs and meet you where you are in your journey. Together we will focus on your currents needs and goals to help create trust within the therapeutic relationship. I specialize in helping individuals heal from trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, through a EMDR lens to help desensitize and reprocess negative thoughts and emotional distress.

Ever since I can remember, helping others was my passion. As a daughter of immigrants, I witnessed my parents help others with compassion, empathy, openness, and understanding. I carry those examples with me every day and mindfully practice them to better serve others. As a first-generation Latina woman, I have many of the same experiences as other first-generation professionals of color. I believe that having a shared experience with those I work with will strengthen the therapeutic relationship and our work together.
I like to go on hikes, spend time with family, listen to music, and go on family walks.
The one thing that I do that supports my mental and emotional well-being on a daily basis in walk my dog. During my walk, I am able to be present with out distractions and allows me to connect myself with nature.
I recharge by listening to my favorite music, spending time in the outdoors, and spending quality time with family and friends.
