Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Psychodynamic, Relational, Solution-focused
Most clients begin therapy with me when encountering distressing relational and emotional challenges that feel too difficult to handle on their own. Whether a conflictual marriage, grief of a loved one, overwhelming worry, or lack of self-confidence, I hope to come alongside and explore, process, or equip you so that with the same courage you began therapy with, you can tackle life's challenges authentically to find satisfaction and meaning in life.
In my experience working in various settings including residential treatment, partial hospitalization, community mental health, and school districts, I have seen a wide variety of needs and circumstances that bring clients in. I hope to provide safety and openness that fosters opportunities for you to understand more about yourself and what you need to thrive.

Starting in high school, I saw how many of my peers struggled with mental health issues. I wished that I could help them, yet found myself without training or experience. And so, my journey in the field of psychology began in undergraduate school and continued into graduate school, and I have enjoyed learning and caring for others ever since.
Cooking, playing music, and video games.
Eat well. I am able to function at my best after eating and I enjoy the experience of tasting new or reimagined flavors.
Sleep. Without it, I become irritable. With it, I feel like my normal self.
