Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Solution-focused, Strengths-based
I believe that everyone has hit a roadblock before, but we don’t have to overcome those roadblocks alone. I have a passion for offering support to individuals during their most trying times. My approach is person-centered. I believe that you are the expert of your life, and I am here to assist you as you explore life’s journey.
My ultimate goal is to meet you where you are emotionally and help guide you towards healing and wellness with compassion and understanding. A good counselor can be a crucial partner along the way to help us think through where we have been, where we are, and where we want to be.
When I sit down with someone for the first time, I really hope they come to see that they are not alone. It is comforting when someone really tries to understand your problems, your concerns, and your hopes. Together we can think through those problems, look for some patterns, and start to put together a plan. We are all on a road somewhere. We can’t control where we have been, but we can have a say in where we are going, and we can surround ourselves with the people who can help us along the way.
If you are looking for someone to be by your side as you make your next step, I would enjoy a chance to learn more about you and where you are headed.

I pray everyday and practice mindfulness. Getting in touch with my faith and reflecting on the present moment and gratitude help ground me and helps me focus.
Spending time alone and doing something relaxing is how I love to recharge. I love to get massages, watch one of my favorite movies, eat a comforting meal and rest. I feel so much better after I get to spend some quiet time alone. I also enjoy spending time with my family and friends and getting to
