I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 10 years of experience dedicated to facilitating healing and empowerment through therapeutic interventions. My primary objective as a therapist is to accompany clients on their unique journeys, employing tailored treatment approaches to meet their individual needs. I use an eclectic approach and draw from my experience using evidence-based practices. My goal is to aid you in achieving your goals, by highlighting your strengths, and equipping you with practical tools and skills that extend beyond our sessions together.

At the age of 3, my mom became a foster parent. I have 6 adopted siblings and as a family, we have fostered over 50 children. These children and experiences profoundly shaped my life and chosen career path. I have a passion for guiding others to identify their strengths and full potential enabling them to evolve into the best version of themselves.
My interests outside of work include having new experiences and spending time with my family. We love going to Disneyland, fashion, reading, and exercising.
My days can all look a little bit different but each day will consist of at least one of the following: exercising, getting outdoors for a walk with my kids, or watering my plants in my yard while listening to an audiobook.
As a mom, sometimes I just need to sleep in or get a nap in! I also love listening to music or watching Gilmore Girls reruns.
