Therapy can be a vulnerable and unique process, and I strive to create a safe and supportive space throughout this process that fosters each person's desired healing and growth. I take an integrative approach to working with individuals and utilize many different therapeutic techniques to best fit the needs of each individual I work with, often focusing on the strengths each individual possesses.
Over the past several years, my focus has been on completing comprehensive and advanced training in working with the perinatal population, women who have transitioned to motherhood, as well as women who have experienced perinatal grief and loss. I am passionate about providing a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space for women and mothers, and their families.

I enjoy traveling with my family, spin classes, trips to the zoo, trying new restaurants, and watching any show playing on Bravo!
My favorite organization is Postpartum Support International due to its commitment to providing increased awareness regarding perinatal mood and anxiety disorders.
I recharge by giving myself at-home manicures and listening to my favorite music.
I have two cats, Gwendolyn and George. Gwendolyn was my support cat as I worked through graduate school, often laying on my textbooks or the keyboard of my laptop. George is affectionally referred to as our "pandemic kitten" and often curls himself up in my lap during sessions and will occasionally run across my desk mid-session!
