I am here to help you to sort out barriers and identify what may be holding you back from being the person you want to be and living the life you want to live. Together, we will identify hindering behavioral patterns, navigate ways to reframe unhelpful thoughts, and discard limiting core beliefs that don't serve you. Through reflection, increased insight, a developed sense of empowerment, and the application of effective coping strategies, we can work together to create achievable outcomes.

I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, and dogs. I love being in nature, engaging in art making, and watching movies, shows, and documentaries. I like to check out art shows, visit art galleries and museums.
I like taking long walks with my dogs between therapy sessions.
I stay active by working out, doing yoga, taking walks, and making occasional road trips to snowy or desert landscapes. I leave room for bubble baths, massage treatments, and spa days to nurture my mental health.
I have two adorable French bull dogs. I recently started a Frenchie meetup at a local dog park and the turnout was a success! I will be hosting regular dog meets throughout the year.
