The vast majority of my work has been in helping people who have experience with bad things in life, learn about the hard parts of life and how they impact us as human beings, reduce emotional and physical distress, and support clients in achieving their goals. I have worked for over 10 years in NYC with adults, adolescents, children, and families. I hope you will find that I have a humble and compassionate approach with a strong grounding in evidence based practice so that we can work together on what is important to you and build the therapy that works to meet your unique needs.

I became a mental health professional to support people through stressful times in their lives because I understand what it is like to go through hard times with and without support.
I love to paint, read, watch television, travel, laugh with friends and loved ones.
When I first wake up in the morning I move my body for a few minutes. Even through I live in a city, I try to be in nature as much as possible.
I recharge by spending time in nature, meditating, and engaging in the arts.
I have a cat named Shmoo. She travels with me when I go visit family and friends. She has been on road trips as well as plane rides. She is a good sport and loves to explore new places.
