My goal is to foster a comfortable environment to explore difficult thoughts and feelings in order to facilitate healing and growth. I specialize in anxiety disorders, behavioral therapies, and depression. Additional areas of focus include complex family issues, life transitions, relationship problems, parenting skills, work, and academic stress. I use mindfulness-based therapies, as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy strategies. I will assist in identify patterns of thoughts and behaviors that no longer serve you, in order to develop new strategies to help manage your symptoms more effectively. I look forward to meeting you!

I have always enjoyed listening to others and trying to understand their perspective. I enjoy validating other's experiences while also offering support in challenging old ways of thinking. It is very rewarding being able to earn trust and build rapport.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I love going to concerts, going to the beach, trying new restaurants, and drawing.
Going for daily walks is something that supports my emotional well-being.
I haven't read any books more than once. However, one of my favorite books is Born a Crime by Trevor Noah. This is my favorite book because of its interesting perspective on childhood, upbringing, parenting, cultural differences, trauma, and how these experiences shape us.
My favorite organization is the Adopt-A-Family Program through Los Angeles County. I enjoy being able to buy Christmas gifts for families in need.
I recharge by watching my favorite TV shows, listening to music, and taking naps.
I have 2 cats and they love to play fetch.
