My primary therapeutic focus is to help children, adults, and families work through problems to achieve their goals and succeed. I work with adults with ADD, ADHD, trauma, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, divorce, self-harm, behavioral issues, school trouble, learning disabilities, and adjustment problems. I also worked in the school setting as a teacher and guidance counselor with over 18 years of experience working with children and families.

My therapy style is relational and connection based. I value each individual’s unique story and approach the therapeutic relationship without judgment or preconceived ideas. I will work with you to build a supportive, safe space where we can identify events, issues, and patterns you would like to address for lasting change.

I am a natural helper and optimist. I believe that everyone can reach their full potential and I find joy in helping others discover that within themself. I know life can be hard, but don't think you have to get stuck there.

I love being with my family and enjoy the outdoors.

I recharge by spending time with my family, reading a favorite book, taking a nap, or finding time to laugh!
