Therapy style
Through forming authentic connections, my hope is to collaboratively discover insights into thoughts, feelings, motivations, and actions that will collectively foster happiness and well-being. My goal is to create a safe, warm, open (and sometimes humorous) environment where relational support through challenging times will be provided. While drawn toward Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I have piqued interests with integrating Mindfulness/Positive Psychology tenets along with discovering psychodynamic processes.
I am honored to hold the privilege to serve others.
