Therapy style
My approach is always focused on fostering self-worth, self-esteem, and resilience. My approach to therapy is fully based on the belief that everyone has the innate and natural ability to improve themselves. I use an integrated approach that helps people to challenge and unravel any unhealthy thought patterns that may be disempowering them in any way. I believe the relationship that a person has with themselves is the most important relationship because it ultimately determines how they experience life and the world around them. My goal is to help people to view challenges in life as opportunities to feel empowered and become more evolved as a whole and complete person. I utilize the mind-body connection to facilitate healing and remove any blocks that are preventing people from being their authentic self and living the life they want to live.
