Nice to meet you
I am excited to begin therapy with you and help you make the changes you wish to see in your life. Through therapy, we can explore various ways to work through struggles. In addition to mental health, I am also certified as a clinical substance abuse counselor. Together we can set goals that will move you more to the place you want to be in life. I believe that everyone can benefit from therapy at some point in their lives. I look forward to working with you as we journey down the path of wellness.

Interests
I love to travel and have seen most of the United States as well as several countries. Gardening, kayaking, and hiking are also my passions. I love spending time with my family and my dog (well, he's my family too!). Hoping to take up snowshoeing if the snow stays for more than a few days.
