Nice to meet you
I am person-centered and take a non-judgmental, acceptance stance for my clients. I enjoy helping people find healing in relationships, anxiety, depression, grief, and loss, change of life events (divorce, break up, job loss, empty nest, etc). I maintain curiosity, listening to my client's stories for their strengths as well as their struggles and how I can join with them to help them write a better, more empowering story for their lives. I use Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), as well as Prolonged Exposure (PE) for clients struggling with PTSD and trauma.

Interests
I find joy being both indoors and outdoors, whether it's having a book or guitar in my hands or going to a concert, movie, or meal with friends and family. I am also just as comfortable out in the woods or on the lake with a fishing rod and the baseball game on the radio in the background.
