Therapy style

Over the course of my career, I've gained extensive experience working with adults of all ages. I received my Master’s from Columbia University. I was trained in various therapeutic models. I currently utilize an integrative and client-centered approach. While practicing as a generalist, for the past several years my training has been focused on Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP). My relational approach helps to create a safe space to undo loneliness and bring solace to pain. As a compassionate guide, we will work on your therapeutic journey to help you manage and move through difficult emotions, get unstuck from self-defeating patterns, and regain access to your innate strengths. I aim to work collaboratively with my clients, helping them build resilience and learn to manage life’s challenges and be the best version of themselves.
