Therapy style
As a compassionate guide, we will work on your therapeutic journey to help you manage and move through difficult emotions, get unstuck from self-defeating patterns, and regain access to your innate strengths. I aim to work collaboratively with my clients, helping them build resilience and learn to manage life’s challenges and be the best version of themselves.Over the course of my career, I've gained extensive experience working with adults of all ages.
I received my Master’s from Columbia University. I was trained in various therapeutic models. I currently utilize an integrative and client-centered approach. While practicing as a generalist, for the past several years my training has been focused on Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP).
My relational approach helps to create a safe space to undo loneliness and bring solace to pain.
