I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and have over 8 years of experience working with individuals with a wide range of mental health issues and disorders. I have worked with individuals of all ages providing individual, couples, and group therapy. I use a collaborative and holistic approach to implement individualized, trauma-informed, person-centered, and Strength-Based treatment. I utilize various theoretical approaches including Cognitive Behavioral, client-centered, and Family Systems, in order to provide therapy tailored to each client’s specific needs. I aim to build a positive, genuine, non-judgmental, therapeutic relationship with clients, in order to provide a safe space where a client can begin their journey of self-explorational, healing, and self-actualization.
