Therapy style
I have experience working with clients that struggle with chronic illness, loss, substance use, work and daily life stressors, relationship issues and family conflict. As a licensed clinical therapist for over 5 years, my goal is to assist my clients in obtaining insight into their daily functioning in order to live a healthy meaningful life. Using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Grief Counseling, Trauma Informed Care, and Supportive Counseling, I empower my clients to develop healthy coping techniques and skills to manage their mental health. My client centered approach allows me to meet my clients where they are and help them achieve their objectives in therapy.
