Therapy style
My expertise is related to working with individuals who have experienced grief and loss, as well as symptoms of depression, anxiety, ADHD, or mood, behavioral issues, and career challenges. My therapeutic style is kind, empathetic, and non-judgmental. I strive to build a good therapeutic relationship with all my clients. I will treat all my clients with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I like to use Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and mindfulness. I individualize the treatment to best meet the needs of each of my clients. I am very passionate about my work and want to make my clients feel comfortable during their sessions.
