Therapy style
My goal as a therapist is to help others feel heard, respected, and understood, particularly individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, and trauma. I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing to create a comfortable environment for those unfamiliar with the therapy process.
Therapy can be intimidating, but I want to help individuals feel at ease in sessions and allow them to be their true selves. I want our sessions to be a safe place for you. Treatment plans will be developed based on your needs and tailored as necessary to ensure you are working toward your desired goals. I will be here to help you process life's challenges and introduce coping mechanisms that can assist in the healing process.
I have been practicing therapy for the past 8 years and have experience working with adolescents, teens, and adults.

Interests
When I am not working, you can find me spending time with my 16-month-old son. I love going on walks with him and our dog and playing outside in our backyard. I enjoy reading and watching documentaries. I also enjoy cleaning and organizing my home.
