Therapy style
Therapy is a journey of self-discovery, acceptance, and healing. My goal is to offer clients a safe, non-judgmental, and interactive space to work through personal issues and grow into a better version of themselves. You have taken the first step towards getting to know yourself on a deeper level by simply being here. Therapy is the place where you can be yourself, talk freely, and gently be challenged to grow.
My personal philosophy around therapy is that it is a tool used to help you navigate and explore different aspects of yourself. All human beings need help navigating life and gaining assistance through life's obstacles from time to time. I approach my work with clients by providing unconditional positive regard, validation, genuineness, collaboration, and a form of support to help them gain new perspectives and a sense of purpose in life. I firmly believe that you know yourself best and recognize that therapy is not one-size-fits-all. I will work with you to create a tailored treatment to fit your needs.
