Therapy style
Hola and welcome! You have taken the first step towards getting to know yourself on a deeper level by simply being here. Therapy is a journey of self-discovery, acceptance, and healing. My goal is to offer clients a safe, non-judgmental, and interactive space to work through personal issues and grow into a better version of themselves. Therapy is the place where you can be yourself, talk freely, and gently be challenged to grow.
My personal philosophy around therapy is that it is a tool used to help you navigate and explore different aspects of yourself. All human beings need help navigating life and gaining assistance through life's obstacles from time to time. I approach my work with clients by providing unconditional positive regard, validation, genuineness, collaboration, and a form of support to help them gain new perspectives and a sense of purpose in life. I firmly believe that you know yourself best and recognize that therapy is not one-size-fits-all. I will work with you to create a tailored treatment to fit your needs.
