Therapy style
As a therapist, I have had experience working with clients dealing with addiction, as well as a diverse range of ethnic groups, cultural backgrounds, and gender. I have helped clients dealing with anxiety, depression, grief issues, interpersonal issues, as well as many other issues. My goal is always to assist my client in gaining the awareness needed to make the changes that they feel will increase the quality of their lives.
I use an eclectic therapeutic style, however, I find that I often use interventions of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focus Brief Therapy, Transtheoretical Model, as well as Motivational Interviewing. I believe that no one person or situation is the same and because of that, I believe that flexibility can often help my clients gain the most benefit.

Interests
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and being present with my children. I enjoy activities that help me laugh such as watching cartoons with my kids, and like most people… I love a good Romcom Movie!
