Therapy style
The go-to treatment modalities that I've found most helpful are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Talk Therapy, and Solutions-Focused Therapy.
As a therapist, I believe in empathy. Unconditional positive regard is high on my list of priorities when interacting with clients of mine. I believe that we are all, more alike than different. I seek to rid stigmas and to do away with labels. We are greater, together! I seek to make therapy feel easy peasy!
I take an eclectic approach when dealing with each client because everyone is different. At times, I blend treatment modalities in an effort to meet clients where they are, while finding what works. Easy dialogue is the vehicle that makes things cohesive.
