Therapy style
Rarely does life provide easy answers. If you find yourself wondering about how to move forward and live a fulfilling and meaningful life, it is my aim to help facilitate that wrestling process. I believe that anyone can learn how to ask themselves good questions, to understand themselves at a deeper level, and change their behaviors to be more in line with their true values and goals.
My experience working in medical clinics has shaped the way that I engage with clients through a holistic approach. Working in multiple settings across many different states has deepened my appreciation for the diversity of experiences that make our lives beautiful and that can also leave us wounded. My goal is to help clients increase their capacity to hold the complexity of their stories and to develop in their confidence and ability to live life to the fullest.
