Therapy style
I take an integrationist approach to therapy and adjust my therapeutic stance according to my client’s needs. I prioritize listening to my clients and providing a safe space for them to explore their thoughts and emotions.
I have worked in a wide range of settings, including college counseling, hospitals, and correctional settings, which has given me an appreciation for different cultures, perspectives, and lifestyles. These experiences have taught me that although we all have our struggles and make mistakes, we are each deserving of care and compassion. My hope is to help people feel understood, valued, and accepted, no matter their background or situation.
