Whether this is your first time seeking therapy or not, I look forward to providing you with a comfortable, open, and safe space to explore and learn about yourself and areas or relationships that may be causing feelings of distress. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 12 years of experience providing mental/behavioral health services to individuals in various stages of life. I am currently offering individual therapy services to adults. I graduated with a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of La Verne. I am knowledgeable in various therapy modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, and Feedback Informed Care.
My specialties include individuals who may be experiencing depression, anxiety, emotional trauma, relationship/family distress, and issues related to cultural identity. I utilize an eclectic approach, incorporating honesty, humor, and direct communication, to help you meet your goals. Everyone needs an open ear from time to time. I am here to help you navigate the areas you feel may benefit from increased support and insight, to improve your thoughts and feelings, through our work together.
