Therapy style
As a health educator, I have taught behavior modification classes covering topics such as nutrition, exercise, communication, stress/anxiety/depression and anger management. As a licensed therapist, I have a great deal of insight into the physical, social, psychological and emotional factors related to personal growth. I have provided individual, family, and group psychotherapy with all age ranges for the duration of my career. It has always been my goal to help enrich the lives of those with whom I come in contact. I constantly ask myself "How can I best serve?"
With an accepting, empathic, and nonjudgmental approach, I assist people with the integration of mind, body, and spirit. This helps create the equilibrium necessary to accomplish one's goals. I have provided psychotherapy to a variety of clients in private, community, and correctional settings. I’ve directed mental healthcare, child abuse treatment, and other family programs.
