Therapy style
My passion is to help others become attuned to their most authentic self, helping them grow into loving themselves wholeheartedly. I acknowledge and validate the experiences my patients have and/or are going through, and I work with them on creating new narratives for their stories so that they can build upon their worth and identity. We all go through challenging experiences in life that is why I work hard on creating a safe place for my patients to share their struggles and pains with me. Using a person-centered approach, I will hold my patients' hands as they proceed forward with their healing journey.

Interests
I enjoy practicing yoga, reading books (I am a part of 3 different book clubs), and going on walks with my two dogs (a Husky Malamute and a Pittie). I also like exploring new coffee shops and restaurants around my neighborhood with my partner and friends. Having community is a big part of my life.
