Therapy style
I've dedicated my professional life to bearing witness to others' stories. I've been privileged to be a part of many stories of pain, suffering, and trauma that have ultimately transformed into triumph, redemption, freedom, hope, and growth in front of my eyes. Nothing replaces the magic of authentic connection. While I have been intentional in becoming highly trained to offer an array of supportive interventions, I am still convinced it is mostly about being nonjudgmental, open, humorous, and ultimately trusting. I pride myself on helping people feel comfortable and accepted for their quirks. I love helping insight emerge safely.

Interests
I have far too many: nature, training new tricks with my dog and cat, reading, creating and enjoying music, challenging my fears with new adventures, traveling outside of the country, tinkering with anything that pulls my interest...
