Therapy style
My approach combines various modalities and I will utilize the style that best meets the needs of my client and then tailor the therapy as trust is built. While I am warm and empathetic, I will also challenge each client's belief system, as change will not occur without learning newer, positive ways of thinking. I believe this journey continues between sessions and I will often give "homework" when appropriate. I value the therapeutic relationship and believe that change will occur when a client feels safe, supported, and heard.

Interests
I love to read, especially psychological thrillers and historical fiction, but recently I joined a book club and am now reading different genres.
I love listening to crime podcasts. I enjoy going to the theatre/broadway shows with my family, especially with my kids who are very active in theatre.
