Nice to meet you
The bulk of my experience is working with BIPOC women. When working with clients, my goal is not to tell clients what to do. I spend time listening and asking questions so clients can come to their realizations. I find it more effective when clients develop a clear understanding of their own. When they hear what they say aloud, they often have an "aha" moment. Once they come to the realization, I sometimes turn to a solution-focused model to offer guidance in determining the next steps.
