I have experience working with BIPOC Women who are experiencing anxiety, grief and loss, perinatal mood, and anxiety disorders, as well as navigating and healing from relationship trauma and unhealthy relationships. IMy therapy style is collaborative and down to earth. I believe in helping empower my clients to make healthy choices. I enjoy teaching and encouraging my clients to become curious about their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
