Nice to meet you
I believe there can sometimes be a disconnection between what logically makes sense and what emotionally feels true, and part of therapy can be exploring this disconnection and help aid in a further understanding of our sense of self. I believe that therapy can help normalize the human experience and find healthy and sustainable ways to manage discomfort.

Interests
My biggest hobby is my car. I have a pink manual Subaru WRX named Nicky. I find it therapeutic to drive windy roads or cruise down PCH 1 along the coast. I enjoy learning about my car and try to do all the maintenance myself.
