Therapy style

Throughout my career, I have witnessed the extraordinary power and strength we all possess to overcome whatever obstacles or trials we face. When faced with a crisis, trauma, transition, or stress, we naturally seek comfort and support to get us through. While we often find this from family or friends, sometimes we need extra support and guidance to help us work through these complex issues. It is my belief that therapy is a partnership, and if you're ready for help, together we can make strides in achieving your goals. Real and enduring change requires fresh thinking and different approaches to your old problems. I'm an eclectic therapist, meaning I use different tools from multiple treatment modalities to fit your unique circumstances and needs. My ultimate goal is to work in partnership with you to build the skills you need to achieve your objectives for yourself or for your family, and to help you make new and better choices. I specialize in treatments for the following: anxiety, communication, conflict resolution, stress management, grief and loss, parenting, couple and family issues, and work and career Issues.

Interests

Outside of work, I am passionate about family, friends, and the outdoors. I am privileged to live near a beautiful walking path stretching miles through nature. I love taking out my bike or walking with a loved one down that path.
