Therapy style
I primarily work with individuals to navigate a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and managing life’s transitions. As a therapist, my style is compassionate, warm, collaborative, and empowering. I believe in the inherent resilience of the human spirit to heal, learn, and grow. I provide a client-centered, trauma-informed approach to cultivate a safe and nonjudgmental therapeutic environment for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
Together, we will work to identify unhelpful patterns and develop new strategies to increase awareness of how to respond to life’s challenges. My role as a therapist is to help you uncover parts of yourself in order to foster a sense of understanding, growth, and fulfillment.
My approach to therapy is largely humanistic, Strengths-Based, and interactive to best meet your individual needs and goals. .
