My clinical work is focused on treating individuals with co-occurring psychiatric, medical, and addictive disorders. I am intensively trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. As a trauma-informed therapist, I provide a supportive environment to help you explore an existing problem from a new perspective. I am devoted to helping you achieve lasting changes that lead to living a more fulfilling life. My therapeutic approach is collaborative and compassionate, tailored specifically to your individual needs. My role is to be a consistent and supportive presence in your life and empower you to facilitate personal growth, and insight, and expand your healing capacity.
