Nice to meet you

My therapy style is grounded in a psychodynamic approach, where I work closely with patients to uncover and explore their earlier life experiences, particularly with primary caregivers. I believe that our early relationships and experiences significantly shape our current emotional patterns, behaviors, and perceptions. By understanding how these formative relationships influence the present, we can begin to uncover the root of the issues patients are facing today. In therapy, I create a safe and reflective space for individuals to examine unconscious thoughts and feelings.

These activities help me recharge and maintain a healthy balance in life.
