Therapy style
My communication style is active, solution and goal-oriented. Because the majority of my career has focused on short-term therapy, it was important to be able to give the patient a detailed plan at the beginning of treatment of what they can expect to get out of care and to describe the plan for meeting their goals. Although my style is direct, I am very much the cheerleader. I search for the tools to help them create the change they want to see in their lives. I want clients to feel better than when they first came to treatment.

Last year, I completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training. I also worked on a trauma-informed yoga project. I enjoy knitting, dancing, cooking, gardening, hiking, and spending time with friends.
