Therapy style
I use skills grounded in research and evidence-based practices to help people cultivate the self-compassion, self-awareness and courage needed to do this work. Sharing and understanding parts of ourselves or our internal struggles can be scary, vulnerable and transformative. As humans our lives shift frequently, and having support through some of those life adjustments can be invaluable to finding one's purpose or meaning. In the sacredness of the therapeutic relationship, I hope to offer a safe environment to explore your personal values, culture and discover how to be your most authentic self. My goal for each session is to help empower and build your confidence so that you can feel secure in your ability to find/create your own resources and healing. My style is shaped by who I am: thoughtful, supportive, and authentically direct thanks to my East Coast upbringing.

Interests
I am a natural extrovert so my grounding is through connection.
