I am a bilingual (Hmong and English) licensed therapist. I have experience with individuals struggling with anxiety, trauma, depression, and relationship problems from various age groups, and multicultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. I am also trained in infant mental health, Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP- a trauma-informed relationship-based approach for parents and young children), and TF-CBT.
