Therapy style
My therapeutic approach is Relational Psychodynamic while also considering the systems and structures that influence our experiences. I provide a safe space for clients to speak openly and honestly, especially those who are not always seen or heard. I enjoy collaborating with my clients to set the path towards progress and growth. My multiple intersectional identities allow me to remain open and curious about each client’s unique background and needs. I have specialized training in college/university-aged individuals, identity exploration and formation, substance use, family of origin distress, work burnout, anxiety, and mood disorders. I utilize multiple evidence-based treatments while remaining culturally aware and responsive.
