Therapy style

I bring a compassionate and creative focus to my work with individuals, parents, couples and family clients. My approach is warm and unconditionally accepting, which allows my clients to explore the most difficult parts of their experience in a space completely free of judgment. As I am trained as a relational therapist, I approach therapy through a relational lens, whether I see you as an individual or as part of a couple or family. I believe that our experiences in past relationships play a large role in defining who we are and how we interpret our world. I also believe that the quality of our present relationships significantly impacts our level of happiness and sense of fulfillment. I believe in the strength and resiliency that resides in each person, and I collaborate with my clients to reach their goals and see the change that matters most to them. I am an active therapist and I invest just as much as my client does in each session.
