Therapy style
I am a compassionate, empathetic, and Solution-focused professional, who believes everyone can achieve their goals. I have over 12 years' experience working with individuals, couples, and families in diverse settings. I've worked in substance use facilities, to the Department of Correction, as well as a Youth and Family Services, and I was a program director for an eating disorder facility. I enjoy working with adults and use evidence-based therapeutic approaches to connect clients with hope and a belief in themselves.
