Therapy style
I tell my clients that therapy is about processing past or current situations that they have experienced and it's about helping them grow into the people they want to be. I am a therapist that enjoys incorporating a little humor into my sessions with my clients as I feel it helps ease the potential discomfort that they might feel when coming to therapy. My goal is for the client to enjoy coming to therapy despite the work being difficult. I believe my clients can see how much I enjoy this profession and the fact that I am so privileged being the person they trust to confide in.

Interests
I love hanging out with my family and friends, working out, baking, and painting. I have also always loved the idea of traveling, but never made time for it until recently. I went on my first big trip with some friends this past fall and I hope in the future I will take another trip out of the country. There is so much to see and experience and I would love to learn more about other cultures through travel.
