Therapy style
I can help you find meaningful relationships or help you through struggles with self-esteem or self-love. I will help if you feel like you excel professionally but personally never seem to feel like you are enough. I believe a solid connection with your therapist is fundamental to growth through the therapeutic process. One of my strengths is my ability to connect with my clients by being empathetic, honest, and direct. I believe lived experiences shape who we are and I think we all have inner strengths. My goal is to get clients to see their strength through the therapeutic process. Or perhaps, you would like to understand how lived trauma and/or generational trauma may be affecting you.
As an immigrant from Central America, I am all too familiar with the cultural and sociological challenges that can consume our daily lives. I also recognize that simply seeking therapy can be viewed as weakness or frailty. However, I believe the ability to discard those misguided myths and seek help show that you already possess the necessary strength to face your fears and start that healing process.
