We all know the importance of obtaining and maintaining our physical health. All too often our mental health, however, is overlooked, neglected, and taken for granted. And even more still, the connection between our mind and body is ignored. I value and pay attention to the _whole_ person. In a world where we can often feel disconnected, detached, and cut ourselves off from others, therapy can be a place where you start to put the pieces back together, by paying attention to the whole picture. I help focus you on your present experience which gives us a wealth of information to learn and grow from. By paying attention to your mind, body, and the context within which we exist we can begin to gain awareness and become mindful of the choices we can make every day.
