Therapy style
Hi! My name is Darlene Da Silva and I'm a bilingual, bi-cultural Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Since 2012, I have gained experience working with individuals in various mental health settings including non-profits, community-based settings, law enforcement, schools, and county mental health.
I have had the honor and privilege of witnessing the healing and recovery of individuals from various walks of life. With an empathetic, Strength-Based, and Solution-Focused approach, I encourage, validate, and facilitate insight while also challenging my clients to reach their own unique desired goals. However, I truly believe that the foundation of success in therapy begins with the therapeutic relationship, and will make every effort to provide the safe space needed to do the challenging, beneficial work that comes with therapy.
With this in mind, you may find our sessions to bring you peace, a sense of calm, humor, connection, empathy, and the opportunity to be your whole authentic self.
