Therapy style
I am passionate about helping clients through their journey. Knowledge is transformative in healing past generational traumas and guiding us through our recovery. It is important to develop positive coping skills that will take the place of negative coping strategies that only elicit new problems. I am bicultural and bilingual in Spanish. Coming from immigrant parents, I am sensitive to multicultural issues. I enjoy working with a variety of issues, however, my specialty areas include anxiety, depression, body image and generational trauma
I enjoy working with and learning from people from a variety of backgrounds. I am committed to help individuals and families cope through their day-to-day difficulties.
I enjoy working with those who are experiencing challenges in relationships, experiencing depression, and anxiety. My goal as a therapist is to create a safe space for clients where they feel reassured that their voices are heard. I invite you to reach out and see if I may be of assistance to you.
