Therapy style
I am passionate about creating a nonjudgmental and supportive environment for clients and serving as a reliable resource for them while they heal from current and past crises. I enjoy working with clients from diverse backgrounds and have experience working around trauma and crisis.
My approach to therapy is integrative and through a trauma-informed and multicultural lens. I respect and have deep appreciation for clients who invite me into their lives allowing me to witness their truth: the past traumas that inform their current perspectives; the ongoing struggles with racism, colonialism, and prejudice; and the hopes and dreams they continue to cultivate despite all of life’s challenges.
